FAQ's

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Q: How much do you charge for admission?
A: $15 is general admission per skater, unless otherwise noted (cheap skate night, tiny tot skate or special events) with a $5 skate rental for inline skates or roller skates if needed.

Q: Do you charge admission for everyone to enter?

A: While we welcome anyone to come in and spend time with us (even non-skaters), everyone who plans to skate pays admission on an open public skating session to enter.

* PLEASE NOTE: If the chaperoning parties or non-skaters decide to skate, than the regular admission and skate rental fee applies. Hand stamps will be given to those who pay to skate.

Q: Do you have roller skates or inline skates ?

A: We rent both roller skates & inline skates from sizes Toddler 8 to Adult size 15. For sizes smaller than a toddler 8, we have the plastic skates kids can wear with their shoes.

Q: Can I bring in my own skates?

A: Yes, you may bring in your own roller skates or inline skates, as long as they're in good quality and won't fall apart or damage the skating floor.

Q: Do you have the plastic skate mate trainers?

A: Unfortunately, we no longer carry the skate trainers. We had to make a decision based on liability and feel they're not a useful training tool.

Q: Do you offer skate lessons?

A: Yes. We offer free lessons to anyone at anytime. Just ask. You can also book one of our Saturday morning skate school lessons as well.

Q: Do you allow wheelchairs, strollers, skateboards or scooters on the floor during public skating sessions?
A: For safety reasons, we can't accommodate all devices. However, wheelchairs are the only thing permitted, but caution MUST be used at all times.

Q: Do you offer gift certificates or vouchers?

A: At this time we do not, but hope to add those sometime soon in the future.

Q: Do you sell skates?

A: No, we do not allow other outside food or drinks for a public birthday party or public skating session (with the exception of private parties only). You may purchase or add on large pizzas, nachos, ice cream, or anything else we have available at the snack bar.

Q: I did not book a birthday party, so do I have to book one in order to bring in a cake or cupcakes?
A: While we encourage you to book a party package to ensure we have the space and tables available for you and your party if you're coming in off the street to celebrate with us, a cake or cupcakes is fine. Q: When do I pay for the party?
A: Final payment is due the day of your party. Any additional food or drink purchased onsite will be calculated and added to the final bill. The $10 deposit is applied to your bill and the balance due may be paid in cash or credit card. Your assigned party host will take care of the payment.

Q: Do I need to provide a guest list for my party?
A: No, just a headcount with the total number of skaters in the party would be helpful though once you arrive.

A: You are allowed to bring in a cake or cupcakes, balloons, or small decorations (themed plates, cups, silverware, table decor, etc,). We please ask that anything else brought in can either be thrown out or taken with you when leaving.

Q: How early can I arrive before my party?
A: While you can show up at any time (assuming we're open at the time of your arrival), typically, your party check time is no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. This allows us time to clean up or get your tables ready.
